There are some creative, non-traditional asanas that will strengthen biceps and lats involving hanging – from a bar, rings, climbing fingerboard, etc. you need the extra gear, but can do something pretty simply with a pressure bar on your doorframe. All the principles are the same as for any asana practice. The asana itself is secondary to the breathing and focus.

I have been using kettlbells along with my yoga practice and this has been a great combination
