YfM Return Policy
Yes, of course we accept refunds and exchanges. Some of our manufacturers have even more extensive return policies than we do, so make sure and get in touch with them if you have questions that we can't answer.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including shrink rap, if applicable. You don't want a mat or a towel that someone else has sweated upon, and neither do we.
To complete your return, we require that you contact us to receive an RMA number. Products returned without an RMA will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
You may contact the manufacturer, if you have already opened or used your product and there is a quality defect that you believe is covered under manufacturer's warrantee. All of our manufacturers stand by their products and are great at keeping our customers happy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, credit card company, PayPal or other payment account again. If often takes a few days after we tell the credit card or other company to credit your account before the refund actually shows, so give it a bit of time.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You can often return unused merchandise for store credit. If you want to do this, send us an email at email@example.com we'll get you an RMA to begin the exchange process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but we'll ship the new ones at our cost, because we really want you to be happy with your purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
